As Owner’s Representative we are responsible for overseeing the entire project. Our role includes overseeing project planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. We act in the owner’s best interest and serve as a single point of contact throughout the design and construction processes.
More specifically, as Owner Representatives we provide advice and consultation with respect to design, value engineering, scope of the work, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, scheduling, and construction. We assist in selection, negotiation with, and oversight of a designer and a general contractor. We ensure the preparation of time schedules which serve to monitor performance of the building project.
We ultimately work together with the owner, as its advocate, representing their interests with the sole purpose of executing their goals and objectives, providing accountability among team members and ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget.
