Scope of Work: The PortMiami Cruise Terminal F project includes demolition work and improvements such as renovating the existing terminal/passenger waiting areas, renovating the baggage storage and handling areas, change of use of the existing facility, demolishing part of the provisioning building to make space for the construction of a new 39,000-square-foot embarkation building (passenger screening and ticketing), demolishing the existing passenger bridge and construction of the new 250-linear-foot passenger bridge. These upgrades and expansion will provide improved passenger flow through the terminal building and provide improvements needed to meet the industry demand for larger vessels and make the facility compliant with cruise and security needs.
