Role: Torx Builders’ role included being Port of Miami Consultant and Project Manager to Lemartec Corporation (Providing the following services: Pre-Construction, Construction/Project Management, Design-Build Coordination, Constructability Reviews, Value Engineering, Estimating, Permitting, Cost Management, County Reporting and Project Closeout.)
Scope of Work: Design-Build Services for the renovation and expansion of the existing multi-level Cruise Terminal F Building, modifications to the existing Cruise Terminal G CBP area and upgrading the terminal’s fire rating/protection, along with improvements to concourses at Cruise Terminals D and E. The entire scope of work takes place within operationally active and secured areas. Design-Build Services are intended to result in a complete, functional and operational State-of-the-Art Cruise Terminal and ancillary facilities.
