Scope of Work: This project consisted of extensive historical renovations, additions, and alterations to the oldest high school in South Florida. Miami Senior was originally built in 1926 and is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. Work included three major phases with the first phase consisting of construction of new buildings around the existing occupied campus. Phase 1 added three new multi-story classroom buildings, a 3-story precast parking garage, new Central Energy Plant housing the “New Heart” of the campus and new auto-vocational building.
