Scope of Work: This project involved the demolition of Broward County’s existing Bus Maintenance Facility on Angler’s Avenue just north of Sterling Road in Dania Beach, Florida. Following demolition activities, MCM constructed a combination 167,000+ SF, 249-space mixed-use precast parking structure and 47,000+ SF bus maintenance facility. This project has been designed and built in accordance with USGBC LEED Gold certification requirements, and features extensive use of tilt-up precast concrete methodology.
