OUR STORY

Gredel Opitz Del Toro, our President, is an FIU Graduate, Licensed General Contractor, LEED AP and Parksmart Advisor. Gredel dedicated 17 of her 28 year career to MCM and owes much of her personal and professional growth and success to her mentor Fernando Munilla who always believed in and empowered her. During her tenure at MCM she remained loyal to the Munilla family and always said, if she would ever leave, it would not be to the competition, but to open her own business when the time was right and that is exactly what she did, with their support. As Gredel grew from Project Manager to Project Executive she took pride in mentoring all those she had the opportunity to work with and when Torx Builders, LLC was established, she was very fortunate to have some of her protégés join her in the new venture. Torx Builders, even though only in business for 7 years, has been successful and attributes this success to those that believed in and trusted her to make the move and have made Torx Builders what it is today.
